Bishop McNeill is the Manager for the Freethought Equality Fund where he develops fundraising strategies, directs independent expenditures for endorsed candidates, recruits and trains volunteers for political activism, and coordinates campaign related activities in support of the PAC’s endorsements. He is also the Political Coordinator for the Center for Freethought Equality where his work focuses on developing membership acquisition strategies, researching and interviewing political candidates and members of Congress for endorsement, and monitoring State and Federal legislation that impacts secular Americans.

Bishop has been working on political campaigns and in the non-profit sector since 2008. He graduated magna cum laude from Fayetteville State University studying Political Science, completed a 10-week Fellowship with the Institute of Political Leadership at UNC-Greensboro, and is currently pursuing a Masters in Political Management from George Washington University, concentrating on Issue Advocacy
